How to Delete a Credit on Quickbooks:- When a customer receives store credit, a refund for service, or a purchase product, a credit memo is created in QuickBooks. These credits are visible in the Customer Center's Accounts Receivable record. Credit memos increase the value of an existing customer's credit account. When credit is added in error, you can take steps to cancel or delete the credit memo in order to remove the credit from a customer's account. Deleting the credit memo reduces the amount of credit available in both registers. The record, however, is attached to the transaction history in case it is required for reference.
